
Nuts Over Toffee is a delicious, buttery hand made confection which is carefully created one batch at a time, using only the freshest ingredients.
Only the highest quality ingredients will do! We use Sugar, Pure Butter, Chocolate, Pecans, Corn Syrup, and Vanilla. Dried Cranberries have been added to our Holiday flavor…Dark Chocolate Cranberry.
The shelf life is approx. 4-6 weeks; if stored in the refrigerated, 3-4 months and frozen 6-8 months. If you have a strong will power and do not eat all of your toffee in one sitting, we recommend that you store your toffee in the refrigerator or freezer.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
We guarantee to ship all orders within a timely manner. This delivery is only guaranteed provided that the address given is a correct, current and physical shipping address. We will not accept responsibility or issue a refund if the address given is incomplete or incorrect. Because this item is somewhat perishable, we request that you arrange for someone to be available to accept the package. If the item has been left at your door and it remained there for an unreasonable amount of time we cannot issue a refund.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. (All APO Addresses will be sent USPS.)
All orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will only be shipped 2nd day or overnight.
If you know you will not be home during the time of delivery, we recommend that you give an address where you know someone will be able to accept the package. Please note that we are unable to provide any refunds on items that were delivered to a location where no one was available to accept the package.
Nuts Over Toffee proudly uses UPS for Standard, Second Day, and Overnight Shipping. Standard rates apply depending on delivery location.
Important! Warm Weather Shipping: May-September
During warm weather months, we require that all toffee be shipped with a cold pack. An additional charge of $5 will be added to the shipping cost. Once the toffee arrives, we recommend that it be placed in the refrigerator or freezer.
If your toffee arrives in poor condition or not as expected due to an error on Nuts Over Toffee's Part, we will issue a full refund to your credit card or replace the item ordered. Orders damaged during shipping will not be our responsibility. Please note, during the months of October-April, we will not be responsible for orders damaged by warm weather.
For any orders needing to be returned, please contact us via email at info@nutsovertofee.com or by calling 850.293.3384. At that time we will request that you include the unused portion, the original packaging, an explanation for the return, the approximate time received and the date received. If the toffee was a gift you will need to include the name of the party sending you the gift.
Nuts Over Toffee collects only the Personal Information you voluntarily provide to us or that is given to us by affiliated entities or third parties that have your permission to share your Personal Information with us. "Personal Information" includes your name, shipping and/or mailing address if goods are to be shipped or mailed to your home, home telephone number, email address, credit or debit card account number, and may also include your purchase history. We do not share email addresses you provide to us when you contact us via email.

The wrappings you use are very neat.

Plus nuts so crunchy, the mixture makes me want to move!
Dried fruits give the candy a wonderful twist.
Together so lovely, so deliciously sweet,
